In GN Global Operations, we are committed to enhancing our approach to planning, executing, and monitoring our strategy, securing GN's competitive advantage and preparing the organization for the future. To support this, we are looking for a PMO & Performance Manager to help us develop and anchor our performance management setup in Global Operations.

We have already taken important steps and put several initiatives in motion, but there is still substantial room for you to shape the setup and leave a visible mark as we continue the journey together.

The team you will be part of
You will join the Global Operations Strategy & PMO Team with 11 colleagues working across strategy, portfolio, program and change management.

We work closely with leaders and functional teams across the organization and have a collaborative atmosphere where we listen to and discuss each other's ideas, value different perspectives and make room to have fun while we deliver on our commitments.

Your contribution is appreciated
You will join at a stage where the fundamentals are in place, but where we are still maturing our framework, systems, tools and ways of working. We expect you to take on an active role together with us, in this journey and be part of managing some of these initiatives.

Furthermore, you will drive and further develop strategic performance management across Global Operations:
* Work with stakeholders across Global Operations to operationalize and further develop the existing performance management framework by maintaining and refining KPIs, targets and dashboards, ensuring data quality, alignment and clear ownership
* Continuously improve how we track, visualise and communicate performance to support informed decisions

Implement benefit realisation across the project portfolio
* Manage the efforts to bridge the strategic performance management and our project portfolio. Showing how the projects contribute to operational and strategic outcomesDevelop and document ways of working for benefit management, including templates, guidance and best practices, in close collaboration with change management and project/programme teams
* Translate performance insights into concrete implications for programmes and change activities, supporting decision-making and prioritisation

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you
* have some years of experience as a project manager and/or in a performance management, PMO, consulting or similar analytical role
* have experience as a facilitator and are known for understanding and simplifying processes
* have analytical skills and are comfortable working with data, KPIs and dashboards
* have a good technical understanding and are used to working with systems and tools (e.g. reporting, portfolio or performance management solutions) including participation in implementations or enhancements
* have good verbal and written communication skills and can collaborate across teams, regions, cultures and stakeholders to create results
* hold a relevant academic degree (e.g. business, economics, engineering, supply chain, data/analytics or similar).
* are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
