Overview
Are you ready to join a high performing team shaping the financial solutions of tomorrow - and strengthening the trust that millions of people across the Nordics depend on every day?
The Nordic Product Development team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for driving and enhancing our portfolio of account-based B2B and B2C products. The ideal candidate has a drive for product build and delivery and is passionate about innovating next-gen payment products.
We work business domain driven with six scrum teams responsible for delivering business value within dedicated domains. In this position you'll be heading up one of these scrum teams.
Role
In this position, you will:
* Work with our well-established brands, enhancing our existing product portfolio and scaling the next wave of account-based payment solutions.
* Create and translate business process and end-user flows into features and functional requirements and drive them forward towards build and deployment together with your team.
* Ensure business requirements and deliveries are clearly reflected in your team backlog as well as aligned across domains.
* Drive your own product delivery team with timely business clarifications, feature creation and prioritization.
* Participate in Scrum and Big Room Planning events (PI Planning).
* Have ownership of the end-to-end product delivery pipeline in close alignment with your Product Manager colleagues while driving your own dedicated team.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
* Proven ability to work on own initiative and deliver results.
* Experience with designing end-to-end process flows from early concepts through design, build, testing, deployment and delivery.
* Experience working closely, as Product Owner, with developers and solution architects and ability to help drive consensus amongst differing viewpoints.
* Good understanding of account-based payments and enabling schemes; such as SEPA SRtP and SCTinst.
* Be inclusive and communicative to all stakeholders and colleagues.
* Great presentation and story-telling skills and experience presenting product designs and explaining decisions to stakeholders and clients to get alignment and buy-in.
* Have a structured mindset and the ability and interest for understanding the technical side of our products and combining it with your business acumen.
We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds. Degrees commonly aligned with this role include Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, and other technical STEM disciplines. We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from candidates, who demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine interest in payments, financial infrastructure, and technology-led products.
Besides being proficient in English, it is an advantage if you also speak a Scandinavian language, as our product development is focused on the Nordics and we collaborate closely with Nordic partners and customers.
If you believe you have relevant experience and the capability to fulfill this role, we strongly encourage you to apply.
