Offer Manager Wiser and KNX

Are you passionate about shaping product strategies and driving growth in a dynamic, fast-changing market? We're looking for a commercially minded and strategic Offer Manager, who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and market insight, to take ownership of our offer portfolio in Denmark. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional product management, defining the direction of our connectivity and smart solutions offering, while identifying new opportunities for future growth. You'll work at the heart of the business, collaborating with sales, marketing, and key partners to ensure our offers are competitive, relevant, and successful in the market.

What you'll do
* Define and drive the offer strategy in Denmark, with a focus on connectivity solutions (e.g., KNX, smart building technologies)
* Manage and develop a portfolio that evolves from core connectivity into broader smart and connected devices
* Identify new growth opportunities and expand into adjacent product categories
* Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for the local market
* Work closely with wholesalers, distributors, and partners to strengthen market position
* Collaborate across teams to ensure strong execution-from positioning to sales enablement
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead
* Play a key role in ensuring our offer remains competitive and future-ready

Qualifications
* Proven experience in product, category, or offer management, or a comparable commercial role
* Ability to think strategically across a portfolio and translate direction into tangible business impact
* Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of how offers are positioned, priced, and brought to market
* Experience working effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment
* Solid technical curiosity and understanding, ideally within electrical, connectivity, or smart solutions
* A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end

* Experience in product, category, or offer management, or a similar commercial role
* Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how products succeed in the market
* Ability to think strategically across a portfolio and translate direction into business impact
* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
* A balanced profile combining technical understanding and business perspective
* Background from distribution, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments (e.g., electrical, VVS/HVAC, lighting, connectivity, or smart/IoT solutions)
