Digital Market Support lead, Marketing Hearing

Job Description:

In the role as Digital Market support coordinator/lead you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer and provide support to our markets with managing their eCommerce solutions.

The team you will be part of
The Digital Product Portfolio team looks after the eCommerce solutions for the Hearing business as well as working with our partners in DDI (Data, Digital and IT) to enhance the Online Customer Experience. We deal with a large number of very diverse stakeholders every day - including sales subsidiaries, product management and DDI.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
* Support our markets with requests and changes for the eCommerce set-up
* Ensure that new products are launched on time
* Ensure that our stakeholders are up to date on any changes and incidents
 
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:
* Most likely, you are in the early years of your career which can be either IT-oriented or Marketing/communication-oriented
* You have knowledge of CM systems, preferably Sitecore
* You are familiar with Microsoft Office
* Experience with PIM systems is a plus
