Job Description:
Skeleton is looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Hardware Engineer
to join our Product Development department.
You will design and develop reliable, cost-effective electronics solutions that meet system, safety, manufacturability, and customer requirements throughout the full product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
* Define electronics functionality, requirements, and concepts based on system and customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with standards, safety, reliability, and cost targets.
* Perform risk, reliability, and redundancy analyses (FMEA, FTA).
* Design schematics, PCB layouts, wiring, and connections for mass production.
* Select components and conduct simulations, testing, and validation activities.
* Support manufacturability, testing, and production documentation (DFM/DFT).
* Maintain electronics documentation, test specifications, and technical reports.
* Drive product improvements based on testing, customer feedback, and industry trends.
* Define end-of-line production test requirements for modules and systems.

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems.
* 2+ years' experience in electronics design for series production products.
* Hands-on experience with industrialization, DFM/DFT, and production testing.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
* Strong skills in schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
* Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar ECAD tools.
* Experience with LTspice, Matlab, or similar simulation tools.
* Good reporting, basic data analysis, and MS Office skills.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
