Job Description:
Main missions and functions 1. Analyze training needs on Last mile / Sorting /... scope (based on each ops level needs) 2. Create training materials (document support, test, feedback...) 3. Create training planning and organize the administrative part (room location, duration, Invitation) 4. Deliver and animate the training 5. Evaluate and follow-up trainee and the performance of the training 6. General awareness of new training methodology in the market
Candidate Requirements:
1. Education level Master degree in logistics / supply chain / lean management 2. Hard skills required for this job Minimum 1 year as trainer Basic knowledge in Last mile operation Pack office (PPT) 3. Language - French - English 4. Soft skills - Rigorous - Showcase excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships within the company and with external stakeholders. - Strong organizational and administrative abilities
