We are looking for a Packaging language & Artwork Coordinator within the european Danone team. The position is a CDD for 3 months and is based in Rueil Malmaison. Your main misison will be to lead the assessment of the language grouping optimisation, drive conversations and alignment with CBUs and cross-functional teams, consolidate and recommend the optimised structure, collaborate with SGK afterward to translate the recommendation into the artwork masters.
Main responsibilities:
* Assess the potential to optimise the current language grouping structure (feasibility, savings estimation, operational impact, CBU alignment).
* Define and recommend an optimised language grouping.
* Ensure the proposed structure is operationally feasible and implementable in real life (validated with operations, regulatory and local teams).
* Create the AW masters based on the new optimised and validated language structure, ensuring readiness for the master design phase.

Profile :
Solid experience managing multi-country SKU complexity, including artwork and packaging master data , as well as cross-functional project delivery in an FMCG environment.
A strong operational understanding : particularly manufacturing constraints (line changeovers, MOQs, etc.), supply chain implications of SKU rationalization.
In addition, the person will need to navigate complex cross-functional alignment, as local teams may push back, and they will need to balance regulatory labelling requirements, operational feasibility, and marketing brand consistency.
Comfortable by pushing decisions, used to working in ambiguity, and capable of bringing concrete solutions to the table.
Profile such as a Packaging Project Manager (ideally in FMCG), or an Artwork/Labeling Lead would be a strong fit.
