The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages (COMPANY NAME) customers & partners by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. CMO accelerates the region's growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines. CMO drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating (COMPANY NAME) brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.
The Events Manager orchestrates the execution of Sales Stages-aligned programs at scale while continually monitoring and optimizing execution processes. Collaborate with GDC (Global Demand Center) and Regional Leaders to plan and schedule events. Execute non-standard events in cooperation with Integrated Marketing Managers.

The Events Manager leverages data to gain insights to maximize business impact of events and drive ongoing portfolio and program optimization.

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple leaders across Solution Areas, Segments, and Industry teams while managing the event portfolio in the Area. You will grow your skills at connecting marketing and sales by creating an event marketing approach that feeds into appropriate marketing signals for sellers. * Integrated Marketing Planning - You drive the implementation and execution of marketing strategy and integrated events marketing plans aligned to area business strategy and priorities to deliver marketing objectives (e.g., acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) in close alignment with global strategy and the global event framework. You ensure plans reflect the importance of connected customer journeys and data driven decision making while leveraging appropriate target lists and digital tools and optimizing based on insights and local-market knowledge.
* Data-driven Decision Making - You draw insights from aggregate analyses and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to inform long-term event marketing and business-planning decision making. You maintain and review events marketing related spend against planned estimates and ensure event delivery is consistent with marketing plan and is progressing appropriately.
* Integrated Marketing Execution - You review event marketing activities for any gaps with global guidance and compliance standards (e.g., accessibility, privacy, security, area company brand). You drive change management and communication across various stakeholders while leveraging knowledge of work being done on team, and the work of other teams, to drive collaboration efforts

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience. Extensive experience in Event Management in International company is a plus.
