CDD Marketing Manager, Fine Fragrances

Job Description:

5-month CDD (maternity leave replacement)
As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving client-focused marketing strategy, supporting fragrance development, and delivering actionable insights and creative tools that elevate our partnerships.
You Bring
· Client account marketing management
· Proactive trend analysis
· Development of brand DNA tools for fragrances (marketing and olfactory analysis)
· Creation of marketing materials (storytelling, moodboards, PowerPoint templates, presentations, workshops, etc.)
· Event planning and set-up
o Manage the daily operational marketing needs in collaboration with internal teams of evaluators, sales, sales coordinators, consumer science specialists, and perfumers.
o Handle prospective workshops and made-to-measure market analysis requests.
· Conduct category and market analyses, evaluate client portfolios and market shares, identify opportunities, and provide concrete recommendations.
· Carry out market and trend reviews, with a focus on insights from social media.
· Lead brainstorming sessions and conduct prospective studies for ongoing and future projects.
