A Day in the Life
As a Real Estate Project Manager for the Europe zone, you will be a key player in deploying L'Oréal's real estate strategy. Reporting to the Real Estate Europe Director, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including offices, factories, and distribution centers, ensuring our physical footprint supports our business ambitions across the region.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage the portfolio: Oversee our European real estate assets, identify new opportunities, and formalize the strategic interest of key projects.
* Lead negotiations: Drive lease negotiations to secure optimal financial and legal terms, managing everything from rent and duration to flexibility and exit clauses.
* Drive projects: Coordinate internal and external teams across different countries to ensure successful project delivery, from initial design to post-delivery.
* Collaborate across functions: Partner with internal experts in finance, legal, and sustainability, as well as with external brokers, advisors, and developers to bring projects to life.
We Are Looking For
You are a great match for this role if you have a solid academic background in a field like engineering or business, ideally with a specialization in real estate. You have highly experienced in real estate project management and lease negotiations.
We are looking for someone with:
* Strategic Negotiation: The ability to lead complex, multi-party negotiations across technical, financial, and legal domains to achieve win-win solutions.
* Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in aligning diverse internal stakeholders and driving complex decision-making processes.
* Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of real estate projects from design to delivery.
* Analytical & Synthesis Skills: A strong capacity to analyze complex information and present it clearly to support strategic decisions.
* Impactful Communication: Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international and matrix environment.
