Job Description:
Обязанности:
* Carries out sampling, prepares samples for research on milk and dairy products
* Conducts physico-chemical analysis of the quality of milk and dairy products in accordance with the requirements of established research methods and regulatory documents on technological processes.
* Notifies the quality management manager of any deviations from control indicators.
* Controls the concentration of equipment washing and disinfection solutions.
* Ensures the washing of laboratory utensils after conducting research and prepares them for subsequent work.
* Maintains a detailed laboratory journal and other documents on milk and dairy products.Требования:
* Vocational/higher education in chemistry or food technology
* Work experience in laboratory work, preferably in a manufacturing industry
* Basic knowledge of food safety standards AIB, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22 000 FSSC
* Fluent in Georgian, English is desirable
* Detail-orientation
* Flexible
* Ready to work on a 12-hour shift schedule (day and night shifts)
