As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operations Support Team and act as the interface to our customers. You are eager to help us build a new logistics site together? Then apply now!
Your future tasks:
* Responsible for written and telephone customer support (B2B)
* Ensuring customer satisfaction
* Solution-oriented handling of customer inquiries, complaints, shipment issues, etc.
* Timely preparation of quotations, order processing and backlog management
* Preparation and follow-up of customer-specific data
* Interface for internal communication
What we are looking for:
* Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
* Experience in logistics, preferably in the B2B environment
* Very good MS Office skills
* Customer-oriented attitude and confident interaction with business partners
* Fluent German and English skills
* Motivated and independent working style
* Proactive, service-oriented thinking and acting
