Your mission as a Lead System Architect Naval Communication Systems (w/m/d) :

* Lead the creation of system architecture and design naval communication systems according to customer requirements.
* Ensure the technical feasibility of architectures and serve as a technical consultant to project management and implementation teams.
* Collaborate with international teams to define components, interfaces, and dependencies within and between systems.
* Develop specifications for systems of systems, subsystems, and individual hardware and software components and their interfaces.
* Share knowledge and explain decision-making processes to colleagues.
* Support the integration team during system commissioning and startup.

Seeking an expert in naval communication with operational experience.
* Educational Background and Professional Experience
Preferably holding a bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or possessing relevant professional experience in systems engineering or naval communication.
* Technical Aptitude
Strong interest and ability to familiarize oneself quickly with technical systems and products.
* Teamwork
A collaborative team player who works well within teams.
* Communication Skills
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Interpersonal Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective cooperation.
