Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Quality Management team and support the continuous improvement of Infineon's Quality Management System and audit processes. In this position, you will help plan, organize, and follow up on audits, gaining valuable insights into how quality standards are maintained in a global technology company.

* Organizational talent: Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of internal and external audits
* Take responsibility: Assist in organizing and managing audit-related activities to ensure efficient preparation and execution
* Keep the overview: Perform evaluations and reporting on audit results, helping identify improvement areas and supporting transparency across teams
* Reliable work: Review and update key documents, including the Quality Management Manual, ensuring compliance with the latest standards

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated and detail-oriented student with a strong interest in quality management and process improvement within an international environment.

* Study Field: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical, communication or business degree program or similar
* Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in Quality Management, Quality Management Systems, or Audits is desirable
* Skills: Strong proficiency of MS Office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is a plus; good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Interests: Keen to learn more about quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Way of Working: Structured, reliable, and proactive, with a sense of responsibility in managing documentation and coordination tasks
* Personality: Communicative, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative
* Language Skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken; business German skills are requiredPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
