As Global Technology Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in coordinating all global engineering projects at our factories in Germany, Czech Republic, and Canada. This strategic position focuses on driving technological advancements, process optimization, and digital transformation within our manufacturing operations, with a particular emphasis on metal materials and manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in integrating new technologies, improving industrial performance, and ensuring and further developing best practices.
This is a permanent, full time position located in our head office in Cologne, Germany. This position requires the willingness to travel internationally (25-30%) between our plants in Europe and Canada.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field Several years of relevant professional experience in the industry. Furthermore, you possess in-depth knowledge of production processes and a strong technical understanding; a specialization in metal forming is advantageous. Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies such as Agile or Lean Manufacturing Excellent analytical and structured work methods, coupled with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, an independent and solution-oriented work style, and a proactive approach. Strong leadership skills to guide teams through change processes. You have gathered previous experience in collaborating in intercultural, virtual, or international environments. Fluent German and English skills are required for international communication
