Quality Assurance Manager (all genders) - Premises & Equipment

In this responsible role, you are the guarantor that our production infrastructure meets the highest quality and compliance standards. You combine technical competence, quality awareness, and a global perspective - actively shaping the future of our solid production at the Leverkusen site.

As a QA partner, we are looking for individuals who act pragmatically, take responsibility, and ensure quality through competence.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* You take on the quality oversight for the qualification, maintenance, and calibration of rooms, equipment, and technical systems in solid production and/or solid packaging

* You monitor measures to ensure global production capability according to international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, District Government of Cologne)

* You review, assess, and approve qualification documents (DQ/IQ/OQ), risk analyses, and other documents throughout the lifecycle of systems, directly contributing to the compliance of our products

* You evaluate deviations and CAPAs and create sustainable solutions that strengthen production safety and compliance

* You work closely with production, QC, engineering, logistics, and cross-site teams to establish common quality foundations

* You continuously improve our processes and present them during inspections

* You actively participate in the further development of the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive training and improvement initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

* You have a completed scientific degree or engineering degree or comparable extensive practical experience

*
Your proven leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and is clear

* You demonstrate in-depth know-how in the following areas:

* EU GMP Volume IV, AMG, CFRs

* Qualification and validation processes

* Pharmaceutical documentation & data integrity

* Technical fundamentals in the GMP environment and engineering processes

* You enjoy working in a highly interconnected environment and bring strong communication and decision-making skills to the team

* High reliability, quality awareness, and the ability to act confidently under pressure define you

* Fluent German and English skills at a negotiation level (written and spoken) round off your profile

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a limited position for 24 months.
