JOIN OUR TEAM As a Working Student in Controlling, you will have the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into both external and internal financial processes at Westwing. You will support our Controlling team and the Investor Relations Manager by providing in-depth analyses of financial performance and actively contributing to the preparation of investor relations communications. In this role, you will be directly involved in numerous strategic and operational topics, as well as relevant decision-making processes. * Contribute to internal and external reporting processes, including monthly closings and comprehensive performance analyses
* Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and financial models to ensure transparent communication with management
* Conduct independent ad-hoc analyses and structure complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Perform variance analyses to identify deviations and recommend corrective measures
* Define cost structures optimization opportunities through data analysis and close collaboration with leaders]]> YOU COME WITH
* Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance and a strong record of academic achievement
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and ideally SQL is a plus
* A confident and thoughtful approach to using AI tools to enhance analytical depth and workflow efficiency
* Initial relevant practical experience (e.g., internships or working student roles) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present complex financial data to various stakeholders
