Junior Solution Analyst - Supply Chain Digital & AI (CORE) (all genders)
The CORE Program (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) represents a major turning point for Bayer on its journey to becoming an industry leader. Its goal is to design and implement an end-to-end (E2E) business model, enabled by a modern and resilient technology foundation that provides a seamless experience for our customers, suppliers, and employees. CORE is a multi-year, strategic, business-driven, and IT-enabled global program that will accelerate our transformation journey. We are looking for passionate, diverse, and bold individuals who would like to become part of our cross-functional and cross-divisional team.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* You support the development and optimization of digital tools and analytics solutions for supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, logistics).

You contribute to data analysis and insights generation and identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
*
You assist in the orchestration of processes across systems, tools and support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
*
You not only support automation and AI-enabled use cases but also work on pilot use cases for AI and advanced analytics.
*
You work closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into practical, tool-based solutions, contribute to project workstreams in global delivery teams, and help drive the scaling of digital innovations within CORE.

You drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions.
*
You take ownership of defined sub-tasks within global delivery teams and ensure high data quality and consistency across systems and analytical outputs.
WHO YOU ARE
* You hold an outstanding university degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering).
* You bring first experience through internships, thesis work, or projects in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Digital Transformation and in data analysis/tool development.
*
You have a strong interest in digital supply chains, automation, and AI-driven processes, combined with a solid foundation in IT and data tools.
*
You have proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation, as well as SQL for data querying and transformation, and bring experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

You demonstrate a basic understanding of data structures, analytics concepts, and process flows.
*
You think analytically and approach challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
*
You combine a highly solution-oriented mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
*
You communicate effectively and collaborate successfully within international teams.
This is a fixed term position for 24 months.
