YOUR MISSION

* Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations
* Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
* Execute, monitor, and support payment runs
* Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts
* Handle supplier inquiries and manage reminder notices
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
* Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations
* Contribute to the optimization and automation of finance and accounts payable processes
* Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.

YOUR TALENT

* Completed training as an accountant
* Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome.
* Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
* Very good MS Office knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of German and English
* Independent work and structured way of working
* High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player.
