Junior Consultant

Join us to work on high-impact transformation projects across product software industries - from aircraft and automotive to consumer electronics.

As a Junior Consultant, you will support OEMs and suppliers in rethinking how software and hardware are engineered together. You'll work at the intersection of embedded software development, operating models, and strategy, learning how technical decisions translate into real business outcomes.

This role is ideal for recent graduates from a Master's program with a strong passion for software development and embedded systems, who are excited to grow into a client-facing consulting role.

What you bring:

* A completed or soon-to-be completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or a related field

* Hands-on experience with embedded software development through internships, thesis projects, research work, or personal projects

* Basic knowledge of embedded software or automotive concepts, such as SoCs, E/E, SDV, ADAS, AUTOSAR, or similar domains

* Familiarity with parts of the embedded software stack (e.g. uC/uP, BSP/MCAL, RTOS or POSIX-based systems, middleware, or application software)

* Initial exposure to modern development practices such as Agile methods, CI/CD, testing, or model-based approaches - and strong motivation to deepen this knowledge

* Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to communicate clearly in German and English

* Curiosity and passion for translating technical complexity into tangible product and business impact
