You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Store support operations Support and facilitate inbound operations to ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and on-time payment.Handle orders claims with Suppliers and AccountingCommunicate relevant information to stores and Logistics TeamsCoordinate and follow up returns to vendors and returns to warehouse.Support Stores on day-to-day topics regarding inventory management processes. Be the main SAP Trainer for Retail Stock control activities - Shrinkage Management Manage, secure, and follow up on inventory planning and execution.Perform out-of-layout analysis, organize and follow up on the return-to-E-warehouse process, and support Stores in execution.Be the main point of contact for retail.Be the main SC coordinator regarding Global Inventories and AnalysisContribute to the Monthly Shrinkage Committee and support with analysis Inbound and Invoicing Management Manage inbound claims clearance (quantity and quality) with Retail, Logistics, and AccountingFollow up on invoices and proactively ensure resolution of invoice-related incidents to release payments on timeIdentify and resolve price discrepancies between invoiced and received price.
