Global Head (w/m/d) H2R Framework, Quality & Control

Job Description:

This position can be filled on a part-time or full-time basis.

As the Global Head (w/m/d) of Framework, Quality and Controls for H2R you are an experienced leader who will foster operational efficiency and compliance to quality and risk management standards with a special responsibility for data protection of our valuable employee related data across Hire-to-Retire service delivery.

* Drive operational excellence and change leadership at H2R
* Bring in thought leadership for establishing quality culture within the operational organization of H2R
* Drive compliance of global processes with data protection and especially data privacy laws across the globe including operational processes, data in systems and vendor processes. Navigate the organization through certification processes for quality standards (e.g. ISO)
* Designing performance management systems that correspond to customers perception of operational efficiency and quality
* Enterprise Risk Management for Hire-to-Retire operations including definition and assessment of effective controls as well as audit support for external/internal audits.
* Business Continuity Management (incl. Disaster-Recovery-Plans)

* You bring in strong decision-making capabilities and operational mindset.
* Your passion is to motivate change for the company with a desire to provide true value to the businesses you partner with.
* You have a deep understanding of operational excellence in a global environment preferably in the HR services domain.
* You have experience in the fields of certification processes, risk management and controls as well as data protection.
* You are willing to get into the details to understand root causes and how to fix issues; however, you elevate your strategic view to a higher level to assess the overall situation and build long term actions.
* You thrive in people management roles. You believe in enabling a culture of trust and high-performance and thereby unleashing the full potential of people within your team. You are known to be culturally versatile with effective communication capabilities. A key driver for you as a leader is to inspire and empower people to make change happen.
* You have strong education credentials, preferably an MBA, and many years of professional experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in Vendor Management are a plus, and shown experience in vendor management, particularly within the HR space
