You'll make an impact by

* You support the analysis and documentation of global product master data structures, standards, and processes, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization
* Building on this, you help create and maintain training materials, user documentation, and SharePoint pages for internal stakeholders
* Additionally, you assist in organizing workshops, preparing stakeholder interviews, and coordinating project meetings to facilitate smooth collaboration
* To further drive project success, you contribute to project tracking, reporting, and the development of presentations that provide valuable insights for decision-makers
* Finally, you participate in application testing for internal tools and systems, helping to optimize operational efficiency

This is how you'll win us over

* Education: You are currently successfully enrolled at a German university in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, business informatics, data management, industrial engineering, or a related field
* Experience and Skills:
* Demonstrated interest in data management, digital processes, and corporate systems
* Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint
* Practical experience in data- or process-related activities through internships or academic projects is advantageous
* Ways of Working: You work in a structured manner, show high attention to detail, and possess strong analytical thinking
* Languages: You are fluent in both German and English
