What you'll build

We offer you a diversified working environment and interesting tasks by supporting sourcing for projects and services. Our goal is to create a better understanding and insight of the services, sales, and project business. After ramp up and training phase (learning on the job) you will take over responsibility for identified topics and work independently on specified operational tasks. We are looking for support with planning and resource staffing, including:

* Operational handling of requests

* Support Ressource Management projects

* Plan and support for staffing calls

* Evaluate & monitor utilization capacity

* Prepare reports for management meetings

* Define capacity shortage

* Development of proper measures

What you bring

* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

* Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

* Language skills: Fluent in German, English written and verbal

* Soft skills: Good communication and organizational skills; strong analytical skills, team spirit and flexibility; independent working style, willingness to learn and a high level of motivation

* Working from Berlin or Düsseldorf office is required (part time, especially during ramp up phase)

Our daily business includes close collaboration and communication on local, regional and global level, internally and with our business stakeholders, for efficient and effective sourcing and ordering of billable external experts.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
