Key responsibilities in your new role
* Teamwork is dreamwork: Actively support the activities of the SAP Service Management team around service delivery, change management and service management
* Support service governance: Help ensure adherence to service management processes, standards, and best practices
* Ensure service quality: Review, validate, and document SLA reports, including causal and root cause analyses to improve service performance
* Data-driven insights: Build and enhance service reports and support the preparation of management-level insights
* Shape the future of services: Contribute to initiatives integrating AI into SAP service management processes
* Team up for best results: Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Study field: You are currently studying Business Informatics, Computer Science or a similar field - first-year students are also welcome to apply
* Interests: Highly motivated to learn more about SAP Service Processes and demonstrate self-initiative
* Way of working: Organized, methodical, and enjoy working as part of a team
* Personality: Strong communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a dynamic environment
* Experience: Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; if not, you're a fast learner who can quickly acquire the necessary skills
* Language skills: Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
