Als Quality & Compliance Manager (m/w/d) werden Sie zur treibenden Kraft für Excellence an unserem Kundenstandort. In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere JLL Teams und Partner nicht nur Anforderungen erfüllen, sondern Qualitätsstandards setzen - gemäß ISO 9001:2015 und cGxP.

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche

* Qualität leben: Sie implementieren ISO 9001 und cGxP-Standards und machen sie für alle erlebbar
* Brücken bauen: Sie setzen Qualitätsvereinbarungen zwischen JLL und unseren Kunden partnerschaftlich um
* Vertrauen schaffen: Durch Audits, Assessments und Dokumentenprüfungen gewährleisten Sie höchste Compliance
* Wissen teilen: Sie entwickeln Dokumentationen, Schulungsmaterialien und befähigen unsere Teams
* Probleme lösen: Sie leiten Untersuchungen, Ursachenanalysen und CAPAs professionell und lösungsorientiert
* Partnerschaften pflegen: Sie qualifizieren Lieferanten und entwickeln starke Beziehungen
* Vertrauen repräsentieren: Als erste Ansprechperson bei Audits und Inspektionen vertreten Sie JLL souverän
* Zukunft gestalten: Sie etablieren eine gelebte Qualitätskultur und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran
* Horizont erweitern: Gelegentliche Reisen zu EMEA-Standorten bereichern Ihre Tätigkeit

Damit begeistern Sie uns

* Bachelorabschluss in Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung, in denen Sie QA/Compliance in der Life-Science-Branche erfolgreich gestaltet haben
* Fundierte GMP-Praxis aus der Pharma- oder Biotechnologie-Welt
* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Qualitätsaudits
* Expertise in Change Controls, Untersuchungen, Root Cause Analysis und CAPAs
* Idealerweise Einblicke ins Facility Management
* Tiefes Verständnis für Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) und EMEA-cGMP-Standards
* Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen QMS-Plattformen
* Kommunikationsstärke, die Menschen überzeugt und mitnimmt
* Selbstständigkeit gepaart mit Präzision und Weitblick
* Die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren - auch ohne formelle Weisungsbefugnis
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
