Manager Copy & Localization Process Global E-Commerce (limited; 12 months)

Job Description:

YOUR MISSION

* Manage copy and localization projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets
* Resolve translation issues, reasons for delays, and identify bottlenecks
* Act as a point of contact between regional teams, linguists, and product teams to provide high-quality content
* Propose improvements for the existing project workflows
* Oversee the team of freelance German copywriters, check the quality of their copy, and improve collaboration with them
* Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website.

YOUR TALENT

* Two years of experience in managing localization projects, preferably on the client side
* Advanced project management skills and experience in dealing with geographically distributed internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in managing copy and localization projects generated by AI (GenAI and Machine Translation)
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional languages is considered an asset
* Advanced skills in using Excel, Informatica PIM, Sanity or any other CMS as well as any of the translation tools (preferably Phrase or any other cloud-based translation platform)
* Reliable, confident, and flexible team player
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in conducting A/B testing and user research on English and localized copy
* Good Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI skills.
