Area Manager - Education Sector (Athens)
EUR24,000 per year | On-site | 50% travel (local & international)
Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Business graduate for an Area Manager position, to support and develop a network of learning centres across Greece and the Balkans. This on-site Athens role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.
What you'll do:
* Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidance
* Drive centre growth, quality, and operational standards
* Deliver training, presentations, and local initiatives
* Travel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)
What we're looking for:
* Business/Marketing degree or similar fields
* Keen interest in the education sector and franchise management
* Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
* Solutions-driven professional
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Business-level English and Greek
* Passion for learning, development, and helping businesses succeed
