Location: Poland if preferable (Niepołomice or Warsaw) other possible locations: Ljubljana (Slovenia) or Bucharest (Romania), Budapest (Hungary), Prague (Czech Republic), Athens (Greece), Sofia (Bulgaria)

We are looking for a dedicated Finance Project & System Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for supporting and leading cluster projects related to system transformation, process standardization, and compliance. You will be a key player in driving digitalization, implementing reporting tools, and acting as a functional expert for regional projects and continuous improvements.

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Support monitoring and coordinating strategic prioritization of CEE projects and maintaining the project list.
* Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure team involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead standardization projects to enhance efficiency within the Finance team.
* Regularly share updates with key stakeholders, including the FP&A Manager and CFO.
* Support digitalization and technical implementation of global/regional tools.
* Support the development and maintenance of financial models and local dashboards.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy.
* Lead the technical system deployment of compliance projects driven by local legislation.
* Support the technical setup of new business models and customer strategies.
* Manage process changes associated with new projects and system deployments.
* Serve as the single point of contact for all 1NAV-related changes, maintenance, and updates.
* Coach and train end-users, including onboarding new team members.
* Manage and resolve recurring issues within NAV and its interfaces.
* Support the upcoming transition to a new ERP system.

What are we looking for?
* A master degree in Finance, IT, or another technical field.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or similar position.
* Fluency in English.
* Fluency in Polish is a plus.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
* Experience with 1NAV or SAP is preferred.
* Experience with developing and deploying Power BI solutions, from data modeling to visualization is preferred.
* A solid understanding of business processes and technology strategies.
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build productive relationships with business partners and IT personnel.
* Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in at least one of these areas: Advanced Reporting, Application Support, or Project Management.
