Responsibilities
Perform laboratory analyses and support quality control processes to ensure product compliance with company and regulatory standards. Test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, maintain documentation, and contribute to traceability and efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses (moisture, fat, salt, color, oil quality indicators).
* Perform quality checks on raw materials according to specifications.
* Implement statistical process control (SPC / EWMA) for critical parameters.
* Maintain laboratory safety, chemical handling, and waste management.
* Support traceability systems and digitization of lab and production data.
* Complete accurate laboratory documentation.
* Support GEHSMS implementation in QC department.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in Quality Control or laboratory environments is an advantage.
* Knowledge of analytical methods and lab equipment.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken) and MS Office.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
