Junior Project Manager

Job Description:

Overview Digitas, the digital & technical agency of Publicis Groupe Greece, is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Junior Project Manager! We need a professional who understands the digital landscape and is eager to ensure that every project moves from brief to delivery without a hitch. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives on structure, loves coordinating between different teams, and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Support the management of digital projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate between creative, technical, and account teams to facilitate smooth workflow. Assist in the creation of project schedules, task lists, and status reports. Maintain project documentation and ensure internal tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) are always up to date. Perform quality control checks on deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements. Organize and participate in internal meetings, keeping clear notes and following up on action items. Help identify potential bottlenecks and suggest proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Qualifications Basic understanding of digital production (websites, banners, social media, or CRM). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite. Fast learner with a genuine interest in digital technology and innovation. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple small tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies is a plus. Additional information What's in it for you?
