SAP Project Manager with a focus on cutover management

Job Description:

Your Role:

* Planning, implementation, and optimization of cutover activities as part of an SAP S/4 HANA transformation.

* Supporting project management in applying appropriate cutover methods and developing project-specific strategies.

* Close coordination with the data migration team to ensure integrated project success.

* Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates.

* Risk management and proactive action in addressing challenges to minimize project delays or budget overruns.

Your Profile:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SAP ERP field, preferably in global ERP rollouts.

* Proven experience with cutover and migration methods and strategies within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

* Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external partners.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and make decisions.

* Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams, including willingness to travel (maximum 3-4 times a year).

* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
