Overview PRODUCER We are looking for a Producer to join our in-house Digital and Content Production team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end production processes across multiple markets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities As a Producer, you will be responsible for coordinating all key aspects of production, including budgeting, planning, and execution across regional campaigns. You will act as a key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, supporting the delivery of high-volume, multi-market content within a structured, fast-paced environment. Manage production projects end-to-end, from briefing to delivery across multiple markets Build and oversee production budgets, ensuring financial control and transparency Organize and coordinate shoots and post-production workflows Handle contracts, permits, and production-related administration Coordinate talents, schedules, and external vendors across markets Review briefs and prepare re-briefs to ensure clarity and alignment Support creative development and participate in productions when required Ensure production workflows, tools, and standards are consistently followed Act as a key contact during production phases across stakeholders What we are looking for 3-4 years of experience in a production environment (agency or production company) Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows, ideally in a multi-market setup Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Confident communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Fluent English Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Frame.io, or project management platforms is an advantage What we offer A key role working on international, multi-market productions with high complexity and scale and the opportunity to grow within a high-performing team delivering large-scale content projects.
