Main responsibilities
* Lead the global Procurement Services transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and value realization targets
* Design and operate robust governance models with clear decision forums, escalation paths, and risk controls across matrixed teams
* Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure business continuity during transformation and seamless coordination between delivery teams
* Establish sustainable operational governance with KPIs, performance management structures, and accountability models for post-transformation success
* Serve as senior advisor to functional leaders, fostering alignment and driving enterprise adoption of the One Procurement operating model
* Own strategic communications for transformation programs, ensuring complex narratives are communicated clearly and effectively
* Lead complex transformation initiatives in environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving governance structures
About you
Experience:
* Proven track record leading large-scale, global transformation programs
* Experience operating in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments
* Experience facilitating workshops, governance forums, and cross-functional decision-making processes
* Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience preferred
* Strategy consulting background advantageous
Technical and Soft Skills:
* Strong mastery of program and portfolio management methodologies, including experience with governance and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in environments where direct authority is limited
* Exceptional leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams in international environments
* Highly structured thinking with the ability to create clarity and structure in ambiguous environments
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity
* Customer-centric and people-development oriented
Education:
* Relevant degree preferred
* Certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement advantageous
Languages:
* Fluent English

The salary range for this position is :Ft19 360 000,00 - Ft29 040 000,00
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
