About this Position
Support the SHE department in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), conducting internal audits, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting in day-to-day safety activities across the site.
What you´ll do
* Tomaintain and update IMS documents, SOPs, work instructions, registers, and records.
* To coordinate document review, revision control, and document distribution.
* To plan, conduct, and report internal audits as per the audit schedule.
* To track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
* To assist in review of HIRA, Aspect Impact, OTI.
* To conduct workplace safety observations and compliance audits.
* Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action implementation & closure. Review and analyze SUSA's.
* Coordinate SHE trainings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
* To maintain SHE performance dashboards, KPI reports, and statutory records
* To support legal compliance, external audits, and management review meetings.
* Promote safe work practices and drive continual improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
* M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE chemical. Fresh graduates may apply.
* Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
* Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
* Understanding of HIRA, JSA
* Basic understanding of SHE compliance requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ready to upgrade the certification related to SHE management.
