Job Description - Stacker Operator and Loader Operator
Department: Manufacturing / Glass Coating
Position: Stacker and Loader Operator
Location: Cikarang

Job Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor stacker and loader equipment in the glass coating production process.
* Ensure the glass handling, stacking, loading, and transfer processes are carried out safely and in accordance with production standards.
* Support smooth production flow by coordinating with the production, maintenance, and quality teams.
* Conduct basic checks on stacker and loader equipment before and during operation.
* Ensure that materials or glass being processed are stacked, loaded, and transferred according to work instructions.
* Report any machine abnormalities, production issues, or potential safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the working area in accordance with 5S and EHS standards.
* Support basic troubleshooting activities, especially those related to electrical, automation, or machine operation issues.
* Comply with company procedures, work instructions, and EHS requirements in daily operations.
Qualifications:
* Diploma 3 / D3 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or related majors.
* Fresh graduates with internship experience in a manufacturing company, or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of working experience in manufacturing, are welcome to apply.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, automation, production processes, and machine operation.
* Disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
* Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with related departments.
* Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and follow shift arrangements if required
