IPG Systems Analyst - Office Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland

The IPG Systems Analyst position will be working as part of our Investigator Payments Team and will work closely with various internal departments, such as Clinical Operations, Study Start Up, Pricing, Data Management, as well as the IPG Payments Processing Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, to gain new responsibilities in a range of system driven activities, become commercially focused and be a key player within the organization.
What You Will Do:
* Collect and review information & data from other departments regarding protocols, visit structures, payment terms and budgets.
* Participate in Pricing Kick Off Meetings to provide input during the site budget build process.
* Lead system setup meetings with stakeholders to collect and document system setup and payment requirements.
* Use the information & data collected to setup the internal payment system.
* Work with Data Management to ensure proper mapping of EDC visits to CTMS and Payment System.
* Review contract amendments to determine necessary system updates.
* Interface with IT to evaluate, resolve, and communicate system-related issues impacting users and escalate to the Systems Manager and Support Manager.
* Demonstrate understanding of the business' needs and priorities by working in conjunction with the application owner in troubleshooting issues, scheduling system changes, and coordinating between IT and the business to provide input related to requests for new system features/functionality.
Your Profile:
* Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead meetings.
* Prior experience working within a CRO.
* Prior experience with site budgets and payments.
* Confident in getting involved to obtain greater understanding of protocols, budgets & various business needs.
* Able to multi-task & problem solve.
* Bachelor's degree is a must.
