AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated Partner Services Premium Associate to join our Operations team in Shannon on a 12 month fixed term basis (maternity cover). You'll play a crucial role in analysing and processing partner data, ensuring that our customers are always at the centre of our decision-making process. What you'll be doing: As a Partner Services Premium Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our partners and operations teams across Europe and Latin America. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of partner data, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your main missions will include: Data Processing and Reconciliation: Handle end-to-end processing of partner data, including file manipulation, preparation, and reconciliation. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Workflow Management: Manage monthly workflows and priorities to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Collaborate with local teams to ensure timely receipt of relevant data from clients and highlight any exceptions. Stakeholder Communication: Present regular updates to key stakeholders and participate in reporting obligations as needed. Issue Resolution: Play a key role in formulating and delivering resolutions to support issues, taking preventative steps to avoid recurrence. Deal with underwriting referrals, review data rejections, and provide feedback to clients and IT functions for best practices. Quality Control: Adhere to and complete all regular team controls, ensuring quality feedback is actioned promptly to minimize customer impact. Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation within best practice guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with the wider Operations team to implement enhancements and provide feedback. SME Support: Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the implementation and onboarding of new deals. IT Collaboration: Work with IT process owners to ensure the delivery of new development and production support tasks, completing relevant testing and providing feedback on solution design. Operational Support: Support the overall Operations function as required. What you'll bring: To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Your skills and experiences will include: Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and develop logical resolutions. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level). Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks. Industry Knowledge: Experience with life and non-life products, especially in Credit & Lifestyle protection (not essential but a plus). Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
