Collection Trainer

Job Description:

The Collection Trainer will be responsible for collecting and curating inspirational content for new collections, working in close collaboration with the Collection merchandising, marketing and style departments. This role involves developing and producing comprehensive training materials for various audiences, including retail teams, wholesale and E.commerce.
The Collection Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all training content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand's vision, requiring strong communication, content creation, and storytelling abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Experience in sales and training in luxury universe Proven experience in content creation, training, or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry. Strong affinity for the luxury universe and its clientele Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Pedagogical and creative Good interpersonal skills and teams spirit Demonstrated strong storytelling abilities, capable of creating compelling narratives. Proficiency in developing engaging visual and written content Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and product knowledge Good command on PowerPoint, Photoshop as well digital universe Innovative approach and AI sensitivity
