Utilities Facilities Engineer - Fix Term Contract

This role is responsible to manage several topics of Utilities, contribute to plant availability, compliance with EHS/Quality standards and energy efficiency. Oversee the activities of specialized external technician.
Participate in projects involving the installation of new machines or systems in the utilities area, covering mechanical and electrical aspects.

Key Responsabilities

* Ensure reliable supply and maintenance of site Utilities, coordinating internal activities and external contractors.
* Drive energy efficiency initiatives and long-term projects to achieve site energy targets.
* Manage mechanical and electrical risks within Utilities, ensuring full compliance with EHS, Quality, and business standards.
* Control the Utilities budget through continuous cost monitoring to meet financial objectives.
* Guarantee compliance with legal and site requirements, overseeing preventive, corrective, and extraordinary maintenance and ensuring proper documentation and issue reporting

Qualifications and skills

* Bachelor's degree in engineering: Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Good leadership skills.
* Knowledge of engineering principles and safety regulations.
* Experience of at least 1 years in managing maintenance within modern industrial environments, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or fast-moving consumer goods companies.
* Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
