Facility, Safety and Sustainability Specialist - Fiesso D'Artico (Italy)

Job Description:

The Facility, Safety and Sustainability Specialist, based in Fiesso D'artico (PD), is responsible for all Facility, Safety, and environmental sustainability topics for the Accessories Division across the two sites in Fiesso and Milan. This role is key in ensuring the application of regulations concerning health and safety matters and serves as a reference point for both sites on facility-related issues, in accordance with the guidelines shared by Maison and the LVMH Group.
Leadership & Competencies: Positive approach, strong communication and negotiation skills. Adaptability and robust problem-solving capabilities. Results-oriented and resilient under pressure. Proficiency in service provider management and budget monitoring. A strong commitment to continuous improvement regarding services. Profile: Education: University degree in Engineering or Economics, or a master's degree in health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) topics. Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, preferably within industrial contexts. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; French will be considered a plus. Travel: Frequent travel within Italy is required
