Job Description:

Hotel Pitrizza is seeking its next Receptionist Tournant to join our front office team. This role will report directly to the Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding fundamental personal safety and hygiene regulations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order within the reception and lobby areas. The Receptionist Tournant will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, provide local information, and assist with various administrative tasks, all while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Previous experience in Front Office. Good communication skills and a flexible attitude. Team spirit, curiosity, and desire to learn and grow. Valid EU passport or work permit
