Profile Education: University egree in Industrial Engineering or similar Experience: minimum 5 years in the role in an industrial manufacturing context Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization Ability to coach and motivate Strong team builing attitude Problem solving and decision making Negotiation skills Excellent computer knowledges Fluent English & Italian - French will be a plus
