Retail Academy Manager

Job Description:

Within the Retail Excellence & Sales Training department, based in Rome, we are searching for a Retail Academy Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Excellence & Sales Training, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven Retail knowledge and experience is considered a plus. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in project management within international organizations. Background in managing complex teams and multi-stream projects with a focus on change management. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Italian. Competencies Strategic thinking, planning and ability to manage complexity Stakeholder and client orientation Strong prioritization skills High level of autonomy and accountability A strong passion for people's development is essential.
