Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides a high-level support to the organization and management of calendars, including the arrangement of meetings and appointments as well as the planning and coordination of business trips. The role also involves active collaboration with the functional teams as well as other Executive Assistants from a variety of departments to facilitate the organization and coordination of cross-divisional activities, ensuring fluid communication and efficient inter-functional project management.
Bachelor's Degree and/or previous experience in an Executive Assistant role within complex, international managerial contexts. Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail, precision, and reliability in handling confidential information. Proficiency in IT tools, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of French and other languages is considered a plus. Availability for occasional business travels (could include trips on national territory and abroad)
