Demand Planning Specialist

Job Description:

The Demand Planning Team is looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman & Man business for the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories. Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team has the aim of guarantee the correct availability of the Timeless products in Retail and apply merchandise and product strategy of the brand.
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar fields; 2-3 years' experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields, with strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Fashion and Luxury experience is a plus; Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Strong analytical skills with knowledge on tools such as Anaplan, Power BI and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and forecasting methods; Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously; Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment, and to lead and motivate teams effectively; Fluent in English; French a plus.
