Job Description

In this role, you will support the Innovation Management team in a 35-60% employment capacity, within a one-year fixed-term contract, in daily business as well as in the planning and implementation of our projects.

* Support in maintaining and further developing LGT's innovation framework
* Support of our trend management processes
* Support in validating innovative ideas through hypotheses and the execution of experiments
* Coordination and support of LGT's intrapreneurship program
* Drafting relevant content for our internal communication channels
* Support in fostering and promoting the innovation mindset within the organization
* Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and initiatives

Requirements

* Project management skills and banking or financial industry experience are an advantage; a strong interest in industry-related topics is required
* Strong customer-focused mindset and communication skills
* Analytical and organizational talent
* Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile
* Strong affinity and interest in new technologies and innovation-related topics
* High level of initiative and commitment, with a strong focus on quality
* High proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset
