We are currently seeking an Specialist VME (Variable Marketing Expense) to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for focusing on controlling and analyzing variable marketing expenses and incentive strategies by model, ensuring alignment with budget, forecast, and actuals. It supports the evaluation of dealer incentives and commercial offers through scenario analysis, business cases, and accurate forecasting, while providing financial support for Marketing & Sales payment approvals. The position also aims to automate manual finance processes, propose strategies to maintain a healthy incentive mix across retail and fleet channels, and optimize the use and distribution of marketing and sales budgets to improve overall commercial performance.

A day in the life of this role:
* Budget and forecast for variable incentive expenses for all NMEX models
* Commercial Offer approval for model incentive by month and quarter
* End of month variance analysis of actual results vs budget and year over year.
* Evaluate opportunities to increase profit by less WTO achievement
* Support M&S operation as needed
* Deep dive analysis of incentive programs by each NMEX model
* Tableau monthly reporting of actual results
* Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.

Who We're Looking for:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree: Finance (Accounting, administration industrial, economics or related) or business-related.
* Experience in finance, planning departments, product marketing or similar.
* Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Capable to understand, manage and explain variance impacts due to volume, rate and mix impact on per unit and sales incentives programs
* Proficient with Process Mapping and Project Management tools
* Ability to drive enhancement and continuous improvement, customer-centric mindset, organized and detailed oriented
* Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority, interpersonal and communication skills, results oriented.
* Customer focused, Proactive, Team-oriented, Interpersonal skills.
* Certifications:N/A
* Travel Required: No
* Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).

Desirable Requirements:
* Desirable as a plus 3 - 5 years in the Automotive Industry or Program Management background in other Industry.
* Tableau and Thinkcell advanced knowledge
