Responsibilities

The Opportunity
As a MCC FritoLay E-commerce Analyst, the purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, issue resolution, and track and trace support. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps.

Your Impact
As LD&T Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
* This E-commerce role will be responsible for scheduling approximately 150 loads to multiple Amazon facilities weekly, ensuring they are properly planned and delivered on time.
* Effectively manage real time request for scheduling 100+ E-commerce shipments weekly in a manner that meets on time pick up, delivery, maintain hours of service requirements.
* Maintain constant communication with shippers, customers, and our logistics partners to coordinate smooth operations.
* Update load schedules, verifying carrier assignments, monitoring transit progress, and providing best-in-class tracking visibility.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues, document exceptions, and escalate concerns when necessary. Additionally, they will generate quick status reports and follow up with stakeholders to guarantee transparency and efficiency across the supply chain.
* Coordination and communication with BU partners to ensure delivery of optimization and efficiency gains is expected.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or applicable degree required.
* 0-2 years Operations, transportation experience (preferred).
* English Fluency both written and verbal (required).
* Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units.
* Capable of working in a remote work group and being managed by a remote manager.
* Utilize technical/functional knowledge that creates opportunities and solves business problems.
* Proficiency using PC-based applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and alternate meeting technology.
* Ability to identify business issues and escalate in a timely fashion.
* Self-starter with attention to detail.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
* TMS System knowledge.
* Understanding of transportation.
* Strong ability to set day-day priorities for service leaders.
