A Day in the Life
As a Finance Manager, you will be a key strategic partner, shaping the financial health and growth of our brands. You will report to the Finance Director and work closely with commercial and marketing leaders, transforming financial data into powerful business strategies that drive our success in the luxury market.
You will be responsible for:
* Driving Performance: Lead the budget, forecast, and reporting processes, providing clear analysis and insights to guide decision-making.
* Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to build business cases, evaluate the profitability of new launches, and optimize marketing investments.
* Financial Governance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the P&L, manage costs effectively, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
* Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to provide strategic financial recommendations.

We Are Looking For
You are a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and the ability to translate numbers into compelling business narratives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
* You have proven experience in Financial Controlling & Business Partnering, providing strategic guidance to commercial or marketing teams.
* You are a Strategic Business Driver, capable of translating financial data into actionable growth strategies.
* You possess strong Influencing skills and excel at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* A high level of proficiency in English is required for this role.
